Welcome to SnapMane. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to SnapMane. SnapMane operates this store, website, and related services, including SnapMane Social Uploader (collectively, the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy:

SNAPMANE SOCIAL UPLOADER
SnapMane Social Uploader is an internal application operated by SnapMane. It uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API solely to allow authorized SnapMane staff to upload approved content to the official SnapMane TikTok account.
Only authorized SnapMane staff may use SnapMane Social Uploader. Users must only upload content they are authorized to publish and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
SnapMane may suspend or terminate access to SnapMane Social Uploader at any time. Access granted through TikTok may be revoked through the connected TikTok account.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Product colors, appearance, sizing, and other details may vary depending on your device, display settings, and manufacturing variations.
We may change product descriptions, prices, availability, features, or discontinue products at any time without notice. We may limit sales by person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.
You agree that all purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and agree to pay all applicable charges.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, videos, audio, designs, and software, are owned by SnapMane, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, TikTok, social media platforms, payment processors, and shipping providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or security.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

SnapMane Social Uploader may access basic TikTok account information after authorization and may upload approved videos to the authorized TikTok account. TikTok account information is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Services:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive purposes.
- To violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right.
- To upload or distribute unauthorized, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
- To transmit malware, viruses, spam, or other harmful code.
- To interfere with, bypass, or disrupt the security or operation of the Services.
- To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- To scrape, copy, or collect information from the Services without authorization.
- To use SnapMane Social Uploader without authorization from SnapMane.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, ideas, or other content to us, you grant SnapMane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapMane and its affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 13 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapMane, Shopify, and our affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk or legal exposure for SnapMane or others.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Taiwan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, regulatory, or service-related reasons. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
